The mission of the Career and Postdoctoral Services Office (CPSO) is to empower PhD trainees to successfully prepare for and transition to a variety of professional endeavors by building on their scientific research training.
The CPSO supplements the training graduate students and postdoctoral scholars receive in the laboratory by promoting a culture of informed, proactive, and strategic career planning.
