Whitney Wagner
Role: Whitney Wagner serves as a graduate program coordinator for the Office of Graduate Studies on the California campus of Scripps Research. In this capacity, she is the first point of contact for all academic-related funding or Graduate Program-supported expenses. She manages day-to-day business administrative support for all of Scripps Research’s educational and training programs. She also assists with the organization of the program's annual interview weekend events, the high school summer internship (HSSRE) program, graduate student club and organization efforts, social media, and Society of Fellows (SOF) events.
Background: Wagner holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from San Diego State University. Prior to joining the Office of Graduate Studies at Scripps Research, Wagner worked in the moving industry.
