Committee Meetings
Out of an abundance of caution, all committee meetings will be held via video conferencing until further notice. Students, faculty and staff will not attend committee meetings in classrooms or conference rooms on either campus. The Graduate Office has acquired additional Zoom licenses to ensure that multiple committee meetings can take place simultaneously.
Grad Office staff in Florida (Kristen Robbins and Dina Hanlon) and California (Paul Cognata and Alisha Chapin) will arrange all meetings in Zoom and provide all meeting participants with the necessary Zoom access link. While participants do not need to have a Zoom account to attend a meeting, we strongly recommend downloading the Zoom client onto your computer. (link in text, first download button on the page). This will ensure you have access to all of the Zoom features.
Graduate Office staff will continue to attend committee meetings, to provide assistance if necessary and to ensure the process runs smoothly. Committee meetings can also be recorded, if desired.
